URP 2021 version now available!

As per the title, the shader is now available for URP 2021. You won’t be able to use it in deferred mode (because it’s a custom lighting thing), and screen space shadows are not supported, but otherwise everything should be functioning as normal. Please let me know if you run into any issues!
